What is the best way to remove TrueVue off the screen surface?

A: We suggest you use a piece of household tape, hold onto half of it, then firmly adhere the other half onto a corner edge of your protector. Once the tape has been firmly attached onto the surface, slowly peel back the tape to lift the protector off your screen.

How do I clean my protector?
A: Always use a soft cotton cloth, rather than a rag or paper towel to wipe the screen. Some people recommend special electrostatic cloths, like those used to clean eyeglasses treated with anti-glare finish, or even dryer sheets. Apply the cleaning solution (mild soap or detergent) to your cloth rather than directly to the screen and wipe in one direction -- from the top of the screen to the bottom. One final word of warning, never press on your LCD screen with your fingers as this can cause the pixels to burn out.
The best way to clean the protector is rinse it under warm water and use a mild soap (not dish detergent, hand soap is fine). Once you're finished rinsing it, you want to go to place that is as dust-free as possible and dry the protector by flapping it up and down in your hand, like an old Polaroid photograph.
You never want to leave the sticky side of the protector out for a prolonged period of time because it will catch unwanted dust.
Once most of the water is off (a few specs of water here and there is OK), you can apply the protector to your electronics.

Why is the perimeter of the screen protector not laying flat on my device?

A: That s because the protector needs time to incorporate onto the surface of your device. It may takes a short period of time, but it will work itself out and become invisible once your device is turned on and light passing through the protector.

What is the best way to get rid of the bubbles underneath the screen protector?

A: We suggest you to lift one of the nearest corner of the protector until all the bubbles expose to air and then use a credit card or a piece of cloth and push slowly, steadily with even pressure until you reach the end of the screen.

What's in a package?

A: In each package, it comes with a pair of two-finger lint-free gloves, a lint-free cloth, a small plastic card for smoothing out the air bubbles, and a screen protector.
