Here at Lexerd, we have found that we desire 100% customer satisfaction, and because of our faith in all of our products, we have sought to improve our services to all our customers with a NEW customer satisfaction guarantee.
Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any product purchased from Lexerd LLC, for any reason (barring outright abuse), for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Lexerd LLC.
• For exchange, any defective product in its original condition and packaging.
• For monetary refund, all unopened products purchased from Lexerd LLC in good condition. Please include all items in the returning package. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded. We may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
We cannot accept returns in the following condition:
• Any TrueVue package that has been used, modified, or abused. The backing plastic of the screen protector must not have been removed or re-attached from the protector.
• Any custom-made screen protector or opened package
Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
General Return Procedure
1. Request a RMA# or EX# on Contact Us page.
2. Please describe why you want to return the item or exchange the item.
3. All returning items must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). Please apply the RMA# through our Contact Us page. And also, there is a minimum reshipping and handling fee per items for regular delivery. For larger items such as laptop screen protector, there will be a higher reshipping and handling fee.
4. The exchange items must have a exchange number (EX#) and please apply the EX# through Contact Us page. And also, there is a minimum reshipping and handling fee per items for regular delivery. For larger items such as laptop screen protector, there will be a higher reshipping and handling fee.
5. We cannot accept item without the RMA# or EX# clearly marked on the package.
6.The return item(s) must include all packaging and contents.

Customer Responsibilities
Installingor Removing screen protector improperly can cause permanent damage to surface.
Lexerd LLC will not be held liable for any improper installations or any damage caused by any of its products. (see How to install?)
Intentional misuse, or improper handling and storage of these products is strictly forbidden, and strongly discouraged.
In all circumstances Lexerd LLC maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Lexerd LLC shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit.
Lexerd LLC shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not Lexerd LLC is apprised of the possibility of such claims or damages.
